As an NRI, buying a flat for my parents in Nagpur required trust in the developer. Pioneer Group's Pioneer Tulip project on Hingna Road seemed promising. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which made the process easier for my parents. They specifically liked the Vastu compliance and the availability of a lift, as they are getting older. The 2 BHK configuration with 567 Sq.ft built-up area is perfect for them. The price of 26.54 Lakh onwards was within the range I had allocated. Proximity to Rahi Central School at nearby and Jaitala Bus Station at nearby is convenient for daily needs. My only minor concern is the lack of readily available information about OC received, but the developer assured us it is being processed. The landscaping looks pleasant.

I really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the building; it looks quite green. The gymnasium is also a big draw for me. My only concern is that the Jaitala Bus Station is nearby, which is convenient, but sometimes buses can create a bit of noise. Still, overall a good experience.
