We chose Pioneer Green Valley because it's so close to Centre Point School. It's literally zero distance, which is a lifesaver for us with two young kids who hate long commutes. The 2 BHK we got is 1089 Sq.ft and has enough room for the family. Having a children's play area within the complex is a big plus too. The proximity to Max Super Speciality Hospital is also reassuring, although we hope we don't need it. The only slight issue is that traffic on the highway can get a bit noisy sometimes, but we're getting used to it. The water supply is 24X7 which is great. Pioneer Group seems to have built a decent community here.
