    We finally moved out of our rental flat into this 2 BHK at Jarry Anupama Pearl Regency. The carpet area is 378 square feet, which feels much more spacious than our old place. It's ready to move in, and we completed the process in July 2020. The location in KT Nagar is good; it's close to Centre Point School Katol Road where my daughter studies, and the connectivity to National Highway 248 and Ring Road is excellent. The price of 41.97 Lakh was manageable for us. We appreciate the effort put into landscaping and tree planting, making the complex look nice. However, the Gaddigodam Square Metro Station is about 4 kilometeaway, which is a bit far if you rely on the metro. Also, the storm water drains seem adequate, but we hope they handle heavy monsoon rains well. Overall, a good upgrade.
