I am purchasing a 3 BHK flat in Pinnacle Place for my parents who live in Jaipur. The location in Patrakar Colony, Mansarovar Extension, is familiar to them. The sizes are good, about 1400 sq.ft built-up, and the price is around 65 Lakh. ASKG Buildhome Pvt Ltd is the developer. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2025. I’ve ensured they will have 24X7 Water Supply and reliable Electrification with a Transformer. The proximity to CK Birla Hospitals | RBH is also a great comfort for me, knowing they are close to good medical facilities. The project seems solid.

I was looking for a spacious home, and the 1456 square feet built-up area is quite generous. The price was within my expected range for Jaipur, around 66.98 Lakh. I appreciate the inclusion of a Gymnasium and a Reflexology Park, which will be good for my health. The construction is currently underway, with completion expected by December 2025. The project location near NH - 8 is convenient for travel. I hope the builder maintains the quality promised.

Finally upgrading from our rented place! We chose Pinnacle Place in Mansarovar Extension. It’s a 3 BHK flat, around 1344 square feet. The budget for this was about 61.82 Lakh, which felt a bit high for the area, but ASKG Buildhome Pvt Ltd seems to have a good reputation. The construction should be finished by December 2025. They have Vastu Compliant designs, which is important to us. The Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System are good safety features. The main issue for us is the ongoing construction dust in the area, but we are hoping it settles down once the project is complete.
