We chose Phadnis Eastern Ranges primarily for our children's schooling needs. The Orbis School is just a little over a kilometer away, and Manipal Hospital is also quite close at 3.1 kilometeWe bought a 4 BHK flat which is very large, spanning between 1803 and 3448 square feet, giving everyone plenty of space. The project offea lot for families, including a children's play area, a park, and even a cricket pitch. The swimming pool is a big hit with the kids too. The only thing is the parking can feel a bit tight, especially if you have larger vehicles or multiple cain the family. But the security is excellent.

We were looking for a bigger place than our rental and Phadnis Eastern Ranges in Mundhwa caught our eye. We opted for a 3 BHK which is quite spacious, ranging from 1531 to 2105 square feet. The location is convenient with the Keshav Nagar Bus Stop just 0.3 kilometeaway. We also liked the garden and the jogging track within the complex for our morning walks. The price for our 3 BHK was in the middle of their range, around 90 Lakhs. The construction seems solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a big plus. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down.

We recently moved into our 2 BHK apartment at Phadnis Eastern Ranges and it's been pretty good so far. The built-up area is decent, around 950 square feet, which is enough for us right now. My partner works in Kharadi, which is only about 3 kilometeaway, making the commute easy. The project has a good clubhouse and a swimming pool, which we use quite often. The security is also quite tight with 24/7 guards and video door entry. The only slight issue is that the roads around Mundhwa can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, a good place for young professionals starting out.

After retiring, we wanted a comfortable and secure home, and Phadnis Eastern Ranges seemed like a suitable option. We considered the 3 BHK flats, which offer a good built-up area from 1531 to 2105 square feet. The complex has nice gardens and a park which are perfect for leisurely strolls. The gymnasium and indoor games area are also a good addition for staying active. Being close to Magarpatta City at nearby means essential services are within reach. The apartment interioare functional. The main drawback for us is the noise from the nearby main road, which can be quite noticeable at times, impacting the peaceful environment we desired.

The project is ready to move in, having completed in June 2016. Amenities like the gymnasium and clubhouse add value. However, the lack of readily available OC information was a slight concern during purchase. The resale value seems okay, but the rental yields are moderate.
