As a chartered accountant, I look at numbeand practicality. PGR Aspire in West Hyderabad offe2 BHK units with 1225 Sq.ft saleable area and 3 BHKs from 1955 Sq.ft. The pricing, from 67.38 Lakh to 1.18 Crore, seemed slightly on the higher side for the area, but considering it's ready to move, that's a premium. The developer, PGR Builde, has equipped the project with necessary infrastructure like internal roads and fire fighting systems. The proximity to NM Guda Bus Stop at 4 minutes is a plus for public transport useHowever, the lack of specific OC details available for download is a point of caution for due diligence. The project completion was January 2021.

We were looking for our fit home and PGR Aspire seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments have a saleable area of 1225 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. We really liked that it's ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after booking. The price for our 2 BHK was around 70 Lakh. The proximity to TINY SCHOLAHIGH SCHOOL (a short distance) and Zoi Hospitals (a short distance) is very convenient. However, the traffic near the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, especially with the Inner Ring Road being so close. The developer PGR Buildehas included good amenities like 24X7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. Overall, a good start for us.

The price was around 75 Lakh and we appreciated that it was ready to move, saving us the hassle of construction delays. The location in West Hyderabad is decent, close to hospitals and schools. However, finding parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have more than one vehicle, especially with the current setup. PGR Buildehas provided basic amenities like a sewage treatment plant and water conservation measures. The project was completed in January 2021. The quietness of the area is a big plus for us.

The space is fantastic for our growing family. The total budget was around 1.1 Crore. It's ready to move, which meant no waiting period. The location in Upperpally is well-connected with NH 7 and NH 9 nearby. The only downside is the dust from nearby construction activities, which is quite common in Hyderabad. PGR Buildehas provided essential amenities like water harvesting and storm water drains. The project was completed in January 2021. We are happy with the decision.

The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out.
