The PGD Group has included several useful amenities such as a gymnasium, club house, and indoor games. The fire fighting system and sewage treatment plant are also well-integrated. Having power backup is a relief, especially for a doctor's demanding schedule. The area is developing, and the 24 Mtr D P Road access is okay. My only reservation is the distance to Kalyani Nagar Metro Station, which is nearby, making public transport connectivity a bit limited for longer journeys across the city. Otherwise, the project looks good.

The proximity to The Orbis School is a huge advantage for us. The PGD Group has included a sewage treatment plant, which is important for a residential project. We also liked the idea of solar energy contributing to electrification. The gymnasium and multipurpose room are good facilities. The only thing that worries us slightly is the parking situation. While they offer both open and car parking, it might get a bit tight during resident gatherings. We are still considering our options.
