After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. PG Sunshine offered a 3 BHK apartment, with built-up areas ranging from 1182 to 1313 square feet. The price was around 40 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which meant no long waiting period. P dot G has a history of completing projects, so that was reassuring. The landscaped gardens and tree plantation add to the tranquility. I'm happy with the quiet environment and the availability of essential services like a medical store within the complex. It feels like a good community.

Finally bought my fit apartment in PG Sunshine. It's a 2 BHK with 655 square feet. The price was around 21 Lakh which felt manageable for a fit-time purchase. I liked that it's ready to move so I don't have to wait ages. The location in Thiruvallur, Poongavanapuram seemed decent. P dot G is the developer, and they finished this project a while back in 2013. The children's play area is a good plus for future family plans. I'm a bit worried about the traffic on the Chennai-Tirupati Trunk Road though, it gets quite busy.

We were renting a small place and needed more space, so we looked at PG Sunshine. We got a 3 BHK apartment which is quite large, around 1182 square feet. It's definitely an upgrade from our rental. The price for this size is around 35 Lakhs, which we could afford. The developer, P dot G, has completed this project and it's ready for occupancy. We liked the idea of landscaped gardens and the gymnasium for our fitness. The only downside is that the distance to the main city areas is a bit much, takes a while to get anywhere interesting.

It's good that P dot G finished the construction earlier, in 2013. The gymnasium and the multipurpose room are useful for daily life. Being close to G. K. Hospitals, just 650 meteaway, is a major comfort. The biggest drawback for me is the noise from the nearby Chennai-Tirupati Trunk Road, especially during peak hou, which can be quite disruptive.
