The location is strategic, close to the Chennai-Tirupati Trunk Road, offering good connectivity. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are standard but essential features here. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the plot itself is in a quieter section. The proximity to the State Bank of India Bus Stop, a short distance, is convenient for daily commutes or visitor access. We are considering building a small guesthouse on the plot for weekend getaways.
