It’s currently under construction, expected to be ready by September 2025. The location provides good connectivity, being close to NH 65 and Old Mumbai Highway. We also noted the nearby KIMS Hospitals Kondapur, which is reassuring. While the construction looks solid, the open parking might become a bit of a challenge when the project is fully occupied. We are also keeping an eye on the Miyapur Metro Station, which is nearby, for future travel options. The project has basic amenities like water supply and power backup.
