The amenities like the grocery shop within the community are very convenient for daily needs. It’s also ready to move, which suited my timeline. The drive to the Financial District IT HUB takes about 35 minutes, which is acceptable for me. One small issue is that the roads inside the project could be a bit wider, especially when two caneed to pass each other. However, the landscaping and tree planting make it look nice.
