We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are quite large, from 1530 sq.ft up to 1750 sq.ft. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is good, and it’s ready to move in. Being close to K. R. Pura Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for travel. The amenities like the multipurpose room and indoor games are great for family time. The Vastu compliant design was a nice bonus. One thing we noticed is that while the main roads are accessible, the internal lanes leading to the project can be a bit narrow and congested sometimes, which makes getting home during peak houa little tricky.
