We wanted a spacious home in Jaipur and Pearl Prem felt right. The 3 BHK configuration is large, with a builtup area of 2316 Sq.ft, which is perfect for us and potential guests. We booked it for around 1.97 Crore. Its location on Rajendra Marg, Bapu Nagar is very central and close to NH - 8. We appreciate the power backup facility, as it's essential for us working from home. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for staying active. Our only reservation is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit unusual for a completed project from March 2013.

The price was 1.98 Crore. It's located on Rajendra Marg in Bapu Nagar, which is a decent area. I particularly appreciated the landscaping and tree planting, it adds a nice natural feel. The 24x7 security is also a comfort. My only small concern is the traffic noise from NH - 8 sometimes, but the good internal amenities balance it out. The construction was completed back in March 2013.
