We were looking for a spacious home in Pimpri Chinchwad, and Pavilion Regency offered a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 896 square feet. The price range, up to 67.36 L, was acceptable for the size and location. Having a proposed Metro Station at nearby is a big plus for commuting. We also liked the inclusion of amenities like Solar Water Heating and Rain Water Harvesting, showing some thought towards sustainable living. The developer, Avishkar Develope& Builde, has delivered a ready-to-move property. However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity was a bit botheome during our site visits. We are hoping it settles down once the surrounding areas are more developed.

Mahalunge is a nice area, and it's great that Podar International School is so close, only 2.13 kilometeaway. We did notice that the internal roads and footpaths looked a bit narrow in some sections, and the price point felt a little high for the amenities offered, but the location and proximity to schools made it worthwhile.
