Patson Buildeseem to have decent amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential. The prices were within our initial budget, starting around 11.25 L for the smaller units. The only downside is that Kamarjar Nagar 1st Street can get a bit congested during peak hou, which might be a concern for daily travel.
