The developer, Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd, has been around for a while. I was impressed by the landscaped gardens and the general upkeep of the complex. Having 24x7 security is a big comfort for a fit-time homebuyer. The location in Pallavaram is decent, though I wish the access road was a bit wider.
