We bought a 3 BHK flat in Pashankar Yin Yang primarily for its location and the amenities offered. It's conveniently located near Eon IT Park in Kharadi, Pune. The built-up area for our flat is 1443 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family. We were impressed by the vastu-compliant design and the overall construction quality. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids, and the multipurpose room is also useful. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. My only concern is the parking space; while ample, it can feel a bit tight during peak visiting times. However, the 24x7 security provides peace of mind. It’s a solid property.

We recently moved into a 4 BHK at Pashankar Yin Yang, and it's been a good experience so far. The size is quite large, around 2540 sq.ft, giving everyone plenty of peonal space. Living near Eon IT Park is very convenient for work. Our kids are attending EuroSchool Kharadi, which is about a nearby drive, and Manipal Hospital is also close by at nearby. The project has a great children's play area, a swimming pool, and a gymnasium that we all use. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very pleasant. The garbage disposal system is efficient. The 3 open sides property design ensures good ventilation. The only slight drawback is the traffic on the main road during school drop-off and pick-up times, but it’s not a major issue for us.

I purchased a 3.5 BHK unit in Pashankar Yin Yang about two yeaago as an investment. The developer, Pashankar Group, has a decent track record. The location in Kharadi, near the IT park, seemed promising for rental potential. The built-up area for my unit is 2145 sq.ft, which is substantial. The project was completed in 2017 and is ready to move in. I haven't rented it out yet, but I've visited the site a few times since purchase. The common areas are well-maintained, and the landscaping looks good. The golf coue and jogging track are nice additions, though I don't peonally use them. The price was reasonable at the time of purchase, and I'm hoping for good appreciation in this developing area.

The project, developed by Pashankar Group, was completed in 2017. The location is excellent, with EuroSchool Kharadi nearby and Manipal Hospital nearby distant. The Ramwadi Metro Station is also accessible within nearby, which is good for connectivity. The amenities like the squash court and amphitheater are a nice touch. However, I did notice some dust on the balconies from ongoing nearby construction, which is common in developing areas like Kharadi. The Vastu compliance was also a factor in my decision. It’s a good property overall.
