    I was looking for a comfortable 2 BHK in a good locality and Parulekar Gharonda seemed to fit the bill. The carpet area is about 888 Sq.ft which is quite generous for this part of Pune. Being close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital at nearby is a definite plus for peace of mind. The construction is still ongoing, expected to finish by July 2026. I did notice some dust from the ongoing work, which is expected, but it's manageable. The developer, Parulekar Kale Realty LLP P, has a decent track record so I am hopeful for the final delivery.
