We moved into Pahwanath Smruti about six months ago after retiring. The 765 square feet 1 BHK is quite comfortable for my wife and me. Having the gymnasium within the complex is very convenient for daily exercise. The construction quality seems good, and the paved compound looks neat. Power backup is essential here, and thankfully that is provided. While the location in Nava Naroda is developing, traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon Kathwada Road, which is something to consider. Overall, it's a peaceful place to settle down.
