We are buying a 3 BHK apartment in Parmeshwar Nilayam for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. The location near KD Hospital and Apollo International School is very convenient for them. My father specifically liked the idea of the landscaped garden with senior sit-outs. The developer, Parmeshwar Group, is building G+14 towe, which should offer good views. The construction is expected to finish by December 2027. One small concern is the traffic noise from the nearby Tragad Road, but hopefully, the building design will mitigate that. The car parking and high-speed elevatoare practical features for older residents. We are looking forward to them moving in.
