The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, with built-up areas ranging from 1692 to 3000 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. It's also conveniently located near Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals, making my commute very short. The Vastu compliant design was a plus for us. The only downside is the traffic on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway during peak hou, which can be a bit much. Overall, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained.
