Shamirpet is a developing area, and its proximity to the Outer Ring Road makes commuting easier. The project by Parijatha Homes is under construction and expected to be completed in January 2027. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like Solar Lighting and Water Conservation, which are environmentally friendly. My main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, which is quite noticeable during the day.
