We were looking for a ready to move villa in Hyderabad and found Prajay Waterfront City. The 2 BHK villa we saw was 835 sq.ft which felt a bit compact for us, but the price was attractive at around 30.06 Lakh. The project location in Shamirpet, Gnome Valley Rd is quite serene and close to the Outer Ring Road, making commutes easier. They have a nice swimming pool and a gym which are good amenities for a weekend chill. The landscaping also looks well done. We are still considering it, but the size of the 2 BHK is a slight concern for our growing needs. We will likely look at the 3 BHK options.

The cycling track is a nice bonus for my husband. We are waiting to see the final OC details, though.
