It's ready to move, which was convenient since we couldn't oveee the final stages of construction. The location in Sector 85 is good, close to Accord Supepeciality Hospital, so medical needs are well covered. My parents mentioned that the approach road to the project is a bit narrow, which can be inconvenient sometimes, especially with more traffic. The price is 2.1 Crore onwards, which is reasonable for the size. We hope the maintenance will be up to par.
