Moving from our rental, we wanted something permanent. Paras The Manor seemed like a good option. We were shown the 4 BHK configuration, which is 4750 square feet, much bigger than we need now but good for the future. The price is 9.5 Crore onwards, which is a stretch for us, but the EMI works out. We liked the idea of a Reflexology Park and the Kid's Pool for when we have guests. Being close to Rajesh Pilot Road is helpful. The main concern is the under-construction status; completion is August 2028, which feels quite far off. We are hoping Paras Buildtech sticks to this timeline. The area is developing, so it should be a good move.

We looked at the 4 BHK flats which are quite large, around 4750 square feet built up. The price point of 9.5 Crore onwards is definitely high, but we expect quality. Construction is still underway, with completion expected around August 2028. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like the Vastu compliant design and spacious parking lots. Hopefully, the project is delivered on time and the quality matches the price. It's a significant investment for our retirement.

It seems like a good place to relax after work. The location near Gurgaon Faridabad Road is decent, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houWe were impressed by the idea of Reduced Operating Costs and Improved Indoor Air Quality mentioned in the brochure. The completion date is August 2028, so we have some time. We are excited about the Dedicated Bicycle Parking too.

I bought a 4 BHK at Paras The Manor. Honestly, the size at 4750 sq.ft. Is more than I need, but the price was the best I found for this area on Gurgaon Faridabad Road. It's priced from 9.5 Crore. I'm hoping to rent out a portion of it later. The developer, Paras Buildtech, is known for quality. I really liked the Disabled-friendly Facilities and the EV Charging Stations they are offering. It feels quite modern. The only slight issue is the distance to the Sector 54 Chowk Metro Station, which is nearby. I rely on the metro a lot, so that's a small drawback. Construction is ongoing, with August 2028 as the target completion.

We chose Paras The Manor because it's close to Paras Hospitals and the Gurgaon Faridabad Road is easily accessible. We booked a 4 BHK, which is 4750 square feet. The price is 9.5 Crore onwards, which is a considerable investment, but the developer Paras Buildtech has a good track record. We need the space for our kids and the Kid's Pool is a big plus. The Amphitheater and Spacious Parking Lots are also good features. The main concern for us is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit botheome. Also, the OC is not yet available, which makes us slightly anxious. The estimated completion is August 2028. We are hoping for a smooth handover.
