The price of 1.18 Crore onwards was at the higher end of my budget, but it's a ready to move property so I can live here immediately. The location on Gurgaon Faridabad Road is decent, although Sector 54 Chowk Metro Station is quite a distance away. The nearby hospitals are a reassuring factor. GTM Builde& PromotePvt. Ltd is the developer. I am still getting used to the apartment.
