I bought this 2 BHK flat in Paras Delicia for my parents who live in Pune. They needed something ready to move in and close to essential facilities. The location in Hinjawadi is quite developed now, and it is close to a proposed metro station which is good for future connectivity. The 880 square feet carpet area is comfortable for them. Paras Developehave provided essential amenities like lifts, 24x7 security, and power backup, which are important for senior citizens. Solar water heating is also a good feature. My parents mentioned the piped gas connection is very convenient. The price was around 63.5 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the quality and location.

It is incredibly close to Podar International School and Surya Hospital, both within a 5-minute distance, making daily commutes for my children much easier. The flat we considered has a carpet area of 880 square feet, which is a good size for a 2 BHK. The project offefeatures like rainwater harvesting and a piped gas connection, which are practical. The price was around 63.5 Lakhs, and while it's a bit stretched for my budget, the ready-to-move status was very appealing. The traffic during peak houon the main road can be quite bad, which is a definite drawback. We have been living here for a few months now and the overall experience is decent.
