The key was getting a ready-to-move-in property, which this is. It was completed in March 2024. The location in Sector 57 is close to Paras Hospitals, which is nearby, providing easy access to medical facilities for them. Also, Bharti International Convent School is nearby, which is good if they need to visit friends with kids. Paramount Associates delivered the unit as promised. My parents are happy with the space.
