I recently acquired a 3.5 BHK builder floor in RRBuild - 3. Being a government employee, I appreciate properties that are in established areas and offer good value. The project by RConstructions is ready to move, with completion dating back to 2013. The location in Sector 57, Sushant is decent, offering good connectivity via the Southern Peripheral road which is nearby. This makes my daily commute much smoother. While the property is older, the construction quality seems robust. One thing I noticed is that the area can get quite dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby, which is a bit of a concern for allergies. However, the flat itself is well-designed.
