We loved the swimming pool and the gymnasium – perfect for our active lifestyle. The 3 BHK apartment we considered had a carpet area of 1750 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.46 Crore, which felt a bit steep, but the ready-to-move aspect was appealing. The location is central, and having the hospital nearby is reassuring. We are still deciding, but the amenities and the developer's reputation are definitely plus points. The bathrooms could have been a bit larger though.
