The developer, Panorama Realty, has included features like a Sewage Treatment Plant and Storm Water Drains, which seem important for a new development. It's currently under construction, with completion set for March 2028. The only slight worry is the traffic noise from the highway, but hopefully, the landscaping and tree planting will help mitigate that once it's done.
