The carpet area is about 425 square feet for some units, which is a comfortable size. The price was within my budget, around 15 Lakh. It is located very close to the Vishwaniranjan Eye Hospital, nearby, and also near the Saswad Bus Stand, making it convenient for daily transport. My husband liked the practical layout of the flat. We are happy with the purchase. The only thing is that the approach road isn't very wide, which can be a minor inconvenience sometimes, especially with other traffic around.
