Having Cambrian Public School and Orchid Medical Centre right at nearby is incredibly convenient for our children. The 4 BHK configuration with a 3550 sq.ft super builtup area offeample space for our family to grow. Panchratna Promoteis developing the project, with an expected completion date of May 2027. The amenities are quite comprehensive, including a Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain Water Harvesting, and an EV Charging Point, which is a nice modern touch. However, the parking situation might become an issue as the project develops, especially with more families moving in. We are also a bit concerned about the potential increase in traffic around the complex once it's fully occupied. Despite these minor worries, the proximity to schools and hospitals is a major draw for us.
