The location in Gandhi Nagar is perfect for us; DAV Public School is literally a five-minute walk away, which saves so much hassle in the mornings. We got a 4 BHK and the space is generous, enough room for the kids and their studies. The building is ready to move which was a big plus. One thing I've noticed is that the roads around Jawahar Nagar can get quite busy during peak hou, making it a little noisy sometimes. Otherwise, the builder, Reputed Builder, seems to have done a decent job with the construction quality. We are hoping the maintenance charges will be reasonable once they are finalized.
