    We purchased a 2 BHK here mainly because it's so close to St. Vincent's High School, less than a kilometer away. Our kids are small so convenience was key. The apartment size is good, around 500 sq.ft carpet area. Panchratna B Wing is a ready-to-move project by Panchratna DevelopePune, which meant we could shift in right after purchase. The price range was manageable for us, we paid about 50 lakh for our flat. We have open parking available which is convenient. The water supply is 24/7, which is a must for a family. One minor issue is the dust on the main road during construction season, but hopefully that settles down.

    I bought a 1 BHK here because I needed a place of my own in Pune. The carpet area is about 347 sq.ft, which is enough space for me. It's conveniently located near Guruwar Peth, and the price point of around 35 lakh was attractive. Panchratna B Wing is a ready-to-move property, so I could settle in immediately after the paperwork was done. The building has essential amenities like lifts and 24/7 water supply. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit unsettling. Also, the nearby distance to the Deccan Gymkhana area means commuting by public transport might take a while.

The price for the 2 BHK was around 50 lakh, which felt a little high but acceptable given the immediate availability. The building has a lift and fire fighting system, which are essential. Sewage treatment plant is also a good feature.

    We just moved into our 1 BHK at Panchratna B Wing a couple of weeks ago. The carpet area is around 309 sq.ft, which is decent for us. It's close to St. Vincent's High School, which is good if we decide to have kids soon. The price was within our budget, around 30 lakh. Panchratna DevelopePune seems to have completed the project on time, which is a relief. Parking is available, both open and covered. We haven't faced any issues with the 24/7 water supply yet. The only thing is the traffic near Guruwar Peth can be a bit much during peak hou, but we're managing.
