It's very close to St. Vincent's High School, which is convenient for them if they need to visit someone there. Also, Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is just a 6-minute drive away, which is a major plus for peace of mind. The apartment is a 2 BHK with 1000 Sq.ft built-up area, which should be enough space. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has mentioned OC is received, so that's good. My only worry is the traffic in Narayan Peth, it can get quite congested during peak houWe hope they will manage.
