We purchased a 3 BHK flat, approximately 1120 sq.ft, for around 70 Lakh. The project by Pai Infrarealty LLP P is under construction and expected to be completed by September 2026. The larger Super Builtup area of 1120 to 1293 sq.ft for the 3 BHKs is perfect for our growing family. We also appreciate the inclusion of car parking and lift facilities. The nearby metro station is a bonus for weekend outings.
