The price was around 45 Lakh, which felt reasonable for this area in Pune. The project has essential amenities like a fire fighting system and solid waste management. The proposed metro station at Hinjewadi is also not too far, about 2.69 kilomete, which will be beneficial later. The only thing I've noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much during certain times of the day, but that’s common in developing areas. Overall, a decent purchase.
