    We wanted a place near a good school for our kids. Narayana E Techno School is nearby, which is manageable. Padmas Sunshine in Santhosh Nagar, Madananthapuram has 2 BHK flats with built-up areas ranging from 832 to 960 sq.ft. We are considering a larger one, maybe around 70 Lakh. The proximity to Dr Gupta's Hospital is also reassuring. Having 24x7 water supply is essential for a family. The entrance lobby looks quite nice. However, the construction completion date is not provided, and we are concerned about when exactly we can move in. The area can get quite busy with traffic, which is something we need to get used to. But for the location and amenities, it seems reasonable.
