We decided to buy our fit home at SB Imperia in Porur. The 2 BHK flats offered a good balance of space and price. We picked the 995 Sq.ft unit which cost around 37.81 Lakh. It’s a ready to move in project, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location’s connectivity to major roads like the Chennai Bangalore highway and the Outer Ring Road is excellent for our commutes. The area has potential for growth, which is good for future resale value. Our main worry is the dust and construction noise from ongoing developments nearby, which can be quite botheome. We hope SB Promoter has ensured good soundproofing in the flats.

The proximity to the Chennai Bypass is helpful for my travel. However, the noise from nearby roads can be an issue during busy times. Also, the lack of specific details on amenities provided by SB Promoter is a bit disappointing. I expected more transparency, especially since the project was completed a while ago. The Ekkattuthangal Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable.

It’s convenient that it was completed back in January 2016, so we could move in immediately. The location near the Chennai Bangalore highway is also a plus for my commute to the factory. The main drawback is that the roads around Anakaputhur can get quite congested during peak hou, making travel a bit unpredictable. Also, the absence of listed amenities means we'll need to arrange those ouelves. Overall, it was a practical choice for our immediate needs.

The main concern is that there is no information available about an Occupancy Certificate, which is worrying for a property that was completed in 2016. I hope SB Promoter addresses this. The connectivity to the Outer Ring Road is decent.
