I'm considering this for a rental investment property. The only minor concern is the traffic on Rajdanga Main Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the proximity to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass should help mitigate that. The fire fighting system is a good safety feature to have included.
