The 2 BHK villas are a good size, with built-up areas ranging from 1550 to 2300 square feet, which is much better than what we currently have. It's located in Sangareddy, close to the Patancheru - Shankarpalli Road. The project was completed in August 2018, so we could move in immediately, which was a huge relief. The price point of 60.0 Lakh to 89.03 Lakh is manageable for us with a home loan. Getting to our respective schools is reasonably quick via the Nehru Outer Ring Road. We are happy with the space and the quiet surroundings.

The Celebrity Group has delivered a project that feels substantial. It's close enough to Narayana Co School, nearby, which is convenient. The price range of 60.0 Lakh to 89.03 Lakh was also a major factor. However, the access road to the main Patancheru - Shankarpalli Road is narrow and can be a bit challenging during peak houwith school buses. Also, finding parking inside the villa complex for visitocan sometimes be difficult.
