This is my fit time buying a home, and Oxygen Pearl seemed like a good option. I liked that it's under construction, so I can wait for completion in November 2028. The 2 BHK apartments are around 1135 Sq.ft to 1290 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for me. The price range starting from 64.68 Lakh is also what I was looking for. They have a children's play area and a gymnasium, which are nice amenities. The location in Pragathi Nagar, Bachupally is developing, and it's close to the 200 ft Road connectivity. Hopefully, the builder, IDream RK Infras, will deliver a quality product. I am a bit nervous about the under-construction part but excited too.
