This is my fit property purchase, a 1 BHK in Oxy Flora. I found the carpet area of 300 sq.ft to be adequate for my needs. The price of 16.5 Lakh was very attractive. The Oxy Group provided basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and security, which are essential. The location in Lonikand is developing, and it's close to the Pune-Nagar State Highway, making travel easier. I appreciated that it was ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. The landscaping looks nice, and the flower garden is a pleasant touch. Happy with my fit investment.

We chose Oxy Flora mainly because it's quite close to New Times International School Lonikand, only nearby. The 2 BHK apartments offer decent space, our unit is 450 sq.ft carpet area. The developer, Oxy Group, has included a kids play area which is a bonus. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially during the monsoon. The price point for our 2 BHK was around 20 Lakh. We liked that it's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The community buildings and gymnasium are also useful.
