New Times International School Lonikand Pune is a short distance which is fantastic. The developer, Venkatesh Oxy Group, also mentioned good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. We are considering the 3 BHK flat which has a carpet area of 2023 Sq.ft, seems spacious enough for us. The project is under construction and expected completion is December 2028. The main concern is the under-construction status; there will be dust and noise for a few yeaBut the proximity to the school makes it worth considering for our family.
