The price of 84.17 Lakh onwards was acceptable considering the size and the ready-to-move status. The cycling and jogging track is a nice feature for the evenings. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during construction periods nearby, which is a slight drawback. We are hoping the developer addresses this.
