The location in Diwalipura is quite central, with Race Coue Road nearby, which is great for weekend outings. We also liked the swimming pool and the power backup system provided by Aadiruchi Properties. The size of the apartment is good for us. However, the pricing wasn't disclosed, and we found it a bit higher than expected for the area, but the amenities and ready availability sealed the deal.
