We chose Oswal Namo Panchratna Residency primarily for the location, especially being so close to Mount St. Ann High School which is right at nearby. This was a huge deciding factor for us with two kids. We bought a 1 BHK flat which has a carpet area of 328 sq.ft; it is compact but functional for our needs right now. The price was around 17 Lakhs, which was affordable. Oswal Jain Developehas ensured 24x7 water supply and also included rainwater harvesting, which are important. The property is ready to move, having been completed in October 2020. A minor concern is the traffic can get a bit busy during school drop-off and pick-up times due to the school's proximity. The hospital is very close too.

Oswal Jain Developehas included essential amenities like landscaping and a sewage treatment plant. The proximity to Talegaon Dabhade Railway Station Bus Stop (3 mins) is excellent for daily commutes. However, parking is closed car parking, which is good, but sometimes finding space can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles visiting. Also, there can be some dust from nearby construction, but that’s common in developing areas. We are hoping for appreciation.

We liked that a school, Mount St. Ann High School, is right next door, literally nearby. The only small thing is the road leading to the project could be a bit wider, it's a narrow lane.
