The amenities like the swimming pool and community hall are very appealing for us. We also liked the focus on landscaping and tree planting, which will make the complex more pleasant. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is a big plus for peace of mind. The main concern for us is the completion date; December 2030 feels a long way off, and we need to coordinate this with our current lease. Also, the Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals and The South International School are nearby, which is a bit of a distance for urgent needs.
