We decided to upgrade from our rented place and bought a 3 BHK in Oro Emirates. The built-up area of 1681 Sq.ft is a significant improvement. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which was manageable with our savings. Being ready to move was fantastic, no more waiting! The location in Jatani, Gangapada, is quiet and offea good environment for our children. We liked the theme park and the flower garden within the project. The only downside is the traffic can be a bit slow on the main road during peak houOtherwise, it feels like a good home.

It's ready to move, which was a huge plus for us. The project is located in Jatani, Gangapada, which feels a bit far from the main city hustle, but it's peaceful. The price range of 33.99 L to 65.91 L seemed reasonable for the space offered. We liked the children's play area and the gymnasium. My only minor concern is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but overall it’s a good buy.

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Oro Emirates. The built-up area is around 1157 Sq.ft to 1363 Sq.ft, which is decent for my family. The price was competitive, around 40 Lakhs for the unit I selected. It is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The location in Jatani, Gangapada, is relatively peaceful, away from the city noise. They have a children's play area, which is good. The fire fighting system is also in place, which gives some peace of mind. The developer, Oro Infracon Pvt Ltd, seems to have completed the project on time.

The Vastu compliant design was important to me. The gymnasium is a good facility to stay active. While the location in Jatani is quiet, it’s a bit far from the central city amenities, which might be a concern for some. Overall, a comfortable living space.

The price was on the higher side, around 60 Lakhs, but the space is worth it. The proximity to DAV Public School, Jatni, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. The children's play area and the sports area are great for the kids. It is ready to move, which is convenient. The only drawback we've noticed is the mobile network can be spotty in certain parts of the project. Otherwise, the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance gives us peace of mind.
